Official rules

• Campaign duration: 27.03-20.04.2023
• All valid emails that have been submitted to the official Superb Wallet Waitlist before 20.04.2023 will be eligible to participate in the Give-Away.
• The Give-Away is organized by Superb.games (Organizer).
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The Ethereum Giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Void where prohibited by law or restricted by OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) regulations, including, but not limited to, persons or entities located in countries subject to OFAC sanctions, such as Iran, Syria, North Korea, Sudan, and Cuba, as well as any other countries or territories that become subject to such sanctions.
• This Giveaway is also void in any jurisdiction where its operation, promotion, or execution is prohibited, taxed, or restricted.
• By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Organizer team, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
• Entrants are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these Official Rules, provides false or misleading information, or attempts to manipulate the outcome of the Giveaway.
• All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• No cash or other prize substitution is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
• Prizes are non-transferable.
• The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable.
• All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the prize description are the responsibility of the prize winner.

• The giveaway will take place on 4.20.2023 and the location (URL) will be announced in Organizer Social media channels. The giveaway will be a random selection between all participants using a random number generator or a similar raffle software.
• Winners will receive the ETH in their Superb Wallet no later than the end of Q2 2023.
